Three Day Michelin Star Dining Celebration At The Yoxman At Wilderness Reserve

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further than Yoxman at Wilderness Reserve. From 8th-11th July, four of the U.K’s top chefs with three Michelin stars between them will be serving up a menu of exceptional food and bespoke entertainment. You’ll be able to enjoy the stunning countryside views and luxury accommodation, including private cottages, barns, and farmhouses, all within the 8,000-acre remote estate that is Wilderness Reserve.

Guests of Yoxman will enjoy a full weekend itinerary, including a Laurent-Perrier champagne reception upon arrival, which will start the Yoxman experience. There will also be a formal gala dinner with live music, woodland and lakeside dining, wild swimming in the lakes, a live Q&A, and opportunities to mingle with the chefs throughout the weekend. Complimentary fine wines and champagne will be served over the three days, hand-selected by master of wine, David Hesketh. Lead sponsor, The Balvenie, will be providing Single Malt Scotch Whisky and guests will be transported by BMW throughout Wilderness Reserve.

Championing seasonality, sustainability and appreciation of wild food. Santiago’s menus overlap the techniques and heritage of Mexican cuisine with the landscape of Britain. KOL is the first-ever Mexican restaurant in the U.K. to receive a Michelin Star.

Lisa Goodwin-Allen from Northcote

One of the most exciting and innovative chefs in the UK today. Lisa has been the exec chef at one Michelin-Starred Northcote for a number of years.

Accommodation includes a selection of private houses to book exclusively for the weekend, ranging from one-bedroom cottages to three, four and six bedroom barns and farmhouses for couples and up to groups of twelve. In addition, the main houses are also available to book individually by bedroom with twenty-seven to choose from.
