Nobu Hospitality has announced the opening of the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Sevilla, situated in the centre of the Andalusian capital at Plaza de San Francisco. Two early 20th-century buildings were carefully restored to bring out their vintage architecture. Nobu Hotel Sevilla offers 25 sophisticated guest rooms and suites, as well as a large rooftop terrace with a pool and a dining area that offers an amazing view of the Cathedral and Giralda. The restaurant, the core of the project, has a majestic view of the Julius Caesar-built Roman wall that was discovered during the renovation.
The hotel has a design that blends Nobu’s Japanese roots with the style of Seville. Original elements of the buildings were kept intact, like the central glass courtyard and a staircase with tiles from the early twentieth century. There are five room types ranging from Deluxe to the Nobu Suite, with each room featuring Far East-inspired materials, handcrafted wooden furniture, rain showers, Eight & Bob amenities, and a Smart TV. Guests can enjoy Nobu’s signature dishes like Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Sashimi at the restaurant, light bites and creative cocktails at the Nobu Bar, and a rooftop dining area. There is also a solarium with a pool, a 24-hour gym complete with Technogym equipment, and the hotel can be used for meetings and events.
