Nobu Hospitality has announced the opening of the new Nobu Hotel and Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. This development marks the brand’s 40th hotel worldwide and its second venture in Vietnam, closely following the initiative to establish the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences in Danang, which is the first Nobu residential project in Southeast Asia.
Strategically located in District 1, the historic heart of Ho Chi Minh City, the upcoming Nobu Hotel and Restaurant promises to offer seamless access to the city’s most iconic landmarks, as well as its premier shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. The establishment will be part of a stunning 40-story skyscraper that is currently under construction. The building will feature top-tier Class A office spaces, alongside the luxury accommodations of the Nobu Hotel.

Guests of the hotel will enjoy a selection of 135 upscale guest rooms and suites situated on the upper floors, offering unparalleled views of the bustling cityscape and the serene Saigon River. The property is set to include a rooftop swimming pool, a modern fitness centre, and, true to the Nobu brand, a signature restaurant located on the 7th floor.
The scheduled opening in 2026 highlights Nobu’s commitment to expanding its prestigious portfolio, which has seen significant growth since its inception in 1994. Today, Nobu boasts 40 hotels, 76 restaurants, and 12 residential projects worldwide. The company’s expansion into Ho Chi Minh City underscores its strategy to tap into the growing market for luxury travel and hospitality in Asia, particularly Vietnam.
