Champagne and Gourmet Bites
For 28 euro one can savour a glass of Laurent-Perrier Brut La Cuvée, or Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé paired with delicious morsels from the Chef’s Michelin star kitchen, including caviar, oyster and handmade ‘Polvorón’ of sunflower seeds.
Sharing plates of Malaga cheeses, Andalucian prawns with yoghurt as well as oysters are also on the terrace menu as is vintage champagne by the bottle including Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé 2015, Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs – Brut Nature, Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle Iteración N°26 y Laurent-Perrier Alexandra Rosé 2004.

The Jose Carlos Garcia champagne terrace is close to Malaga’s Pompidou Centre and beside the charming La Virgen del Carmen chapel, dedicated to mariners and fishermen. The views are of the quayside of Muelle Uno, Malaga’s cathedral and the city skyline of the Roman fort and Arab Alcazaba which look magical and illuminated at night.
